La CONSAR, desempe\u00f1a un papel crucial en la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de los trabajadores en la promoci\u00f3n de la estabilidad y solidez del sistema de pensiones.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Sistema de Pensiones en M\u00e9xico se basa en el principio de capitalizaci\u00f3n individual, donde cada trabajador tiene una cuenta individual en una AFORE y las contribuciones que se realizan durante su vida laboral se invierten para generar rendimientos y en \u00faltima instancia, financiar su jubilaci\u00f3n. La CONSAR garantiza que estas AFORES operen de manera m\u00e1s eficiente, transparente y de acuerdo a las regulaciones establecidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Funciones_y_Responsabilidades_de_la_CONSAR\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Funciones y Responsabilidades de la CONSAR<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La CONSAR realiza diversas funciones y actividades en su misi\u00f3n de supervisar y regular el sistema de pensiones en M\u00e9xico:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regulaci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n de las AFORES: La CONSAR establece las regulaciones y normativas que rigen las operaciones de las AFORES, esto incluye la fijaci\u00f3n en las comisiones que pueden cobrar las AFORES, la evaluaci\u00f3n de su desempe\u00f1o financiero y la imposici\u00f3n de sanciones en caso de incumplimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de los trabajadores: Vela por los intereses de los trabajadores que reciban informaci\u00f3n clara y precisa sobre su cuenta de AFORES, sus derechos y opciones de inversi\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n, supervisa que las AFORES cumplan los requisitos de seguridad y transparencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoci\u00f3n de la competencia: La CONSAR, fomenta la competencia en el mercado de AFORES para que los trabajadores tengan opciones de inversi\u00f3n variadas y competitivas, esto ayuda a garantizar que obtengan rendimientos adecuado en sus cuentas de pensiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Educaci\u00f3n financiera : Tambi\u00e9n se dedica a educar a la poblaci\u00f3n sobre la importancia del ahorro para el retiro, proporciona informaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo tomar decisiones informadas sobre las AFORES y las inversiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Elaboraci\u00f3n de estad\u00edsticas:<\/b> Tambi\u00e9n se encarga de realizar an\u00e1lisis y estad\u00edsticas sobre los documentos que se encuentran relacionados con el Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro.<\/p>\n<h1><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue_Puede_y_no_Puede_Hacer_la_CONSAR\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 Puede y no Puede Hacer la CONSAR?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Sistema de Ahorra SOLAMENTE regula a las AFORES dentro de todas las instancias del SAR.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entidades como el IMSS, el ISSSTE, INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, RENAPO, SAT y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/goagentes.mx\/blog\/condusef-comision-nacional-para-la-proteccion-y-defensa-de-los-usuarios-de-servicios-financieros\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CONDUSEF<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> son completamente independientes, aunque tienen que ver con algunos asuntos relacionados con el SAR, sin embargo, el Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Sistema de Ahorra no influye.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entonces, debes tener claro que hay documentos que en ocasiones son indispensables para realizar alg\u00fan tr\u00e1mite del SAR, pero su expedici\u00f3n no depende ni de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Sistema de Ahorra ni de las AFORES.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre estos documentos se encuentran:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Correcci\u00f3n de N\u00famero de Seguridad 400;\">Resoluciones de Pensiones<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resoluciones de Negativa de style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como trabajador eres responsable de elegir una AFORE para que administre tu ahorro, sin embargo, existen situaciones que pueden hacer que esta informaci\u00f3n se desconozca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto ocurre sobre todo cuando hay modificaciones en las empresas financieras, pero tambi\u00e9n, cuando no se hizo una elecci\u00f3n
